3 Round Circuit

Equipment needed: Suspension straps - Medicine Ball - Kettlebell or 2 Dumbbells

1st Round - 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest

2nd Round - 30 seconds work/15 seconds rest

Final Round - 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest

- Perform the exercise/movement for prescribed time and then rest. Complete As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) in the allotted time -

1a - Suspension 90* Pull Up

1b - Fire escape - Gen conditioning

1c - Squat Hold

1d - 1/2 Kneeling Chop - R

1e - 1/2 Kneeling Chop - L

1f - Med Ball Smash Curl

1g - Scissor kicks

1h - Inchworm
